Cancellation Policy

In the event that the customer cancels a reservation, the following cancellation penalties will apply:

- No penalty if cancellation is made up to 14 days before arrival.

- 100% of the rental price if cancellation is made 13 days or less before the arrival date or in case of a no-show.
